Our classes are led by qualified and experienced fitness professionals dedicated to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. They will review and assess your needs along the way while providing support so you can keep achieving and enjoying your time at SportUNE.

SportUNE offers a variety of appealing and accessible classes every day, from the specialised Les Mills programs of RPM, Body Pump, Body Attack, Body Step, Body Combat, Body Jam and Body Balance to the freestyle classes including Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and our specialised seniors’ class, Mobility Plus.

Specialised Programs

Our popular 10-week programs “Shapeup” and “Blokebusters” are open to the whole community. Classes are tailored to meet the requirements of a variety of fitness levels and ages, including first-timers.

You will get to work out with like-minded participants and instructors who know where you’re coming from.

Included with the 10-week $170 program (with no hidden costs) is a BONUS 10-pack class package. This allows you to work out in your own time and put what you have learnt into practice. More details

New 30 minute Les Mills program, CXWORX has been launched at SportUNE

Group Fitness coordinator, Mally McCormack says ‘it’s a very intense and efficient core workout. It doesn’t work only the abdominals, but works from the shoulders down to the hip-flexors.’

‘Core strength is necessary because it improves general health and helps keeps you injury free regarding posture, it will also make you much much stronger,’ said McCormack, ‘And with all that you still get an endorphin release, so will feel better about yourself. You can combine it with one of your other favourite classes.’

 ‘The workout isn’t only about core strengthening, as it also involves some cardio exercise in the form of the resistance training. It certainly brings the heart rate up.’

Cutting-edge scientific research has been used to develop the program to strengthen and tone the core. ‘You’ll have washboard abs in no time.’ said McCormack.
