Specialised Programs
We are proud of our 10 week programs “Shapeup” and “Blokebusters”.
Classes are tailored to meet the requirements of a variety of fitness levels and ages, including first-timers. You will get to work out with like-minded participants and instructors who know where you’re coming from. Our friendly and experienced trainers will help you launch and maintain an achievable exercise program to suit your goals, by:
- making each session different with a variety of activities that are tailored to meet your goals
- keeping you informed about the aim of each session and how it targets different fitness objectives
- educating you on good form and technique, correcting problem areas, encouraging body awareness and making your workouts fun and motivating
- regular fitness testing - noting improvements and highlighting successes and tweaking where required, to help you keep achieving results that will have you loving your new fitness ability and sense of wellbeing.

A complimentary 10-pack class package is included in the $170 fee (with no hidden costs) for the Shape Up and Blokebusters 10-week programs. This allows you to work out in your own time and put what you have learnt into practice.
Shape Up
For women of all ages and fitness levels.
WHEN: Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6–7pm during school term.
We promote physical activity as a very important, natural and enjoyable part of life.
Throughout the 10 weeks, you’ll taste-test some of our most popular group fitness classes, with elements from Body Pump, Body Step, Body Attack, Spin, Boxing, Aquarobics, Zumba, Yoga and Pilates. Strong emphasis is also placed on functional fitness and core awareness.
Nutritional advice is offered in each class, plus local Dietitian, Gillian Woodward, advises the group on portion control. A Food and Exercise Diary is provided to assist in awareness regarding portion and input versus output.
Blokebusters
For the gents, of all ages and fitness levels.
WHEN: Monday and Thursday evenings, 6-7pm during school term.
This program differs slightly from Shape Up, with a greater focus on resistance training and functional fitness.
Strong support is provided by the friendly instructors and your fellow participants.
Nutritional advice is offered, and the Food and Exercise Diary is provided for those who require information and motivation for weight loss or muscle mass gain.
WHEN: Mondays and Thursdays at 9.30a.m
Get mobilised now! A specialist class specifically designed by Anne Pine, a local physiotherapist and our instructor, John Harlow, for seniors and those needing to improve their mobility.
Mobility Plus will give you back your confidence and self-assurance by improving your balance, mobility, strength and fitness - all without strain on your body.
