How to complete the visitor log?
1) For EACH person attending our venue, scan the right-side QR code with the camera app of your Smartphone.
2) Go to the link contained in the QR code.
3) Fill in your details and press [Submit].
4) And done!
*If you do not have a smartphone a pen and paper sign-in sheet must be completed.
Why?
The name and contact details are being collected for the purpose of contact tracing in the event of a suspected COVID-19 case at this venue.
How secure is the personal information?
Your information will not be released to the public or shared with any third party except the government agency responsible to contact people who may have been exposed to COVID-19.

To ensure that the health and safety of our community and staff we have introduced a range of new measures – that will change upon frequent review. PLEASE NOTE:
The Group Fitness timetable will online, 7 days in advance for bookings.
You still need to check in when arriving at the centre in line with Government regulations.
If you are unable to make a booking you have made, please let us know so someone else can take your spot.We need you to just give us the heads up so that others don’t miss out!
Fitness Passport have not reopened their membership just yet.
Unfortunately this means you will not be able to utilise SportUNE from the 15th of June under your fitness passport.
We would still love to see you in our facilities and you are welcome to purchase a 1 month membership if you would like to attend the gym or pool from the 15th of June.
