What the studio offers

The Yoga and Pilates studio is located towards the southern end of the SportUNE Centre.

The space is a functional size allowing for large classes and a stage for the instructor and ensures a quiet and meditative atmosphere. It boasts large windows and mirrors enhancing natural light, so participants can track and monitor their progress easily!

Yoga practice starts by listening to your body, working to individual limitations that present themselves each time you practice.

Over the course of the year, we offer a variety of classes ensuring you have a choice of either a strong flowing class or something a little slower with more time for a better stretch, such as:

  • Restorative
  • Yin
  • Slow Flow
  • Vinyasa

  • Mindful movements
  • Organic flow
  • Slow Gentle
  • Moving with Breathe
