Join SportUNE's inclusive community and kick up some soccer fun during our summer social Twilight Soccer competition! The competition takes place over three evenings starting in October and offers categories for a wide range of age groups and skill levels, including 10-16 years, open men's, women's, and mixed teams. Whether you're a seasoned player or a beginner, there's a spot for you. Don't miss out on the chance to join fellow students and community members for a fun and social soccer experience.

Open to all players - social and competitive. Join in the fun of one of the most popular sports at UNE! The UNE Volleyball Club holds regular Monday night indoor competitions in Trimester 1 (March to May) and Trimester 2 (July to September) at the SportUNE halls. We also hold twilight competitions and youth development activities throughout the year depending on demand. Our annual 2-day tournament “Frosty Balls” is held each year in June. Each competition has 3 divisions so that everyone from novice social players right up to experienced serious players can get a great game. Anyone from UNE or the wider Armidale community is most welcome to join.

Open to community, staff, and students. Twilight Water Polo is run in trimester 1 at SportUNE on Wednesday nights from 7pm. Parkrun is a free, weekly 5km timed run that takes place in parks and open spaces around UNE. It is open to people of all ages and abilities, and participants can run, jog, or walk the course. Parkrun is organized entirely by volunteers and aims to promote community spirit, physical activity, and healthy living. The events are inclusive and welcoming, with no pressure to compete or achieve a certain time.
