Reminder: slow & controlled movements, and remember to breathe!
- Cat Cows x 5
- Thread the needle x 5 each side
- Lying hamstring mobilisation x 10 each side
- Hip Rotations x 10 each way (close & open the gate)
- Shoulder Mobilisations x 5 each way (horizontal & vertical)
