A quick physical and mental break

*No equipment needed – yoga mat optional.

Reminder: slow & controlled movements, and remember to breathe!

  1. Cat Cows x 5
  2. Thread the needle x 5 each side
  3. Lying hamstring mobilisation x 10 each side
  4. Hip Rotations x 10 each way (close & open the gate)
  5. Shoulder Mobilisations x 5 each way (horizontal & vertical)
