  • Remember to focus on your technique – slow & controlled is key.
  • Add weight, reps or repeat sets when comfortable.
  1. Split Squat x 10 each leg
  2. Plank Push Ups x 10
  3. Single Leg RDL x 10 each leg
  4. Seated Reverse Flys x 10
  5. Bird Dog x 10
  6. Repeat
