Strength & Hill Sprint

Circuit Do this one with a partner

  • One person does the hill sprint, whilst the other person does the strength exercise.
  • Use your body weight, or add some weight to a backpack for an extra challenge!
  1. Squats or Step Ups
  2. Triceps Dips
  3. Abdominal Crunch
  4. Do all three rotations, rest & repeat!
