Strength & Hill Sprint
Circuit Do this one with a partner
- One person does the hill sprint, whilst the other person does the strength exercise.
- Use your body weight, or add some weight to a backpack for an extra challenge!
- Squats or Step Ups
- Triceps Dips
- Abdominal Crunch
- Do all three rotations, rest & repeat!
